What is an Organisation in Rapport?

Think of an Organisation as your company's account on Rapport. It's where you manage subscriptions, payments, and billing. But it's also a collaborative space where an unlimited number of people can work together across multiple Workspaces. It keeps everything nice and tidy!

How do I access the organisation?

In the top right hand corner there is a drop down. Click here to access Organisations. Marked here as Prodworkspace1 in the image below.

What can I see?
This will depend upon the access you have and the package associated with the Organisation.

What are Workspaces and how do they relate to Assets?

Workspaces are like your creative playgrounds within the Rapport platform. They allow you to group related Projects and control who has access to work on them. You can be a member of multiple Workspaces, and each one can have multiple collaborators working together. It's perfect for keeping different projects organised and separate!

Here's the really nice part about Workspaces - any assets you create, like animated characters, audio files, scripts, and so on, are made within a specific Workspace. These assets are then owned by that Workspace, ensuring everyone has access to the right resources for their projects.

So in summary, Workspaces are collaborative spaces to build your Projects, any assets get created and owned within a specific Workspace, but you can pick and choose what to share publicly too. It's a flexible way to create amazing experiences, while keeping things nicely organised!

Can you explain Projects?

Projects are where the real magic happens! They're like canvases where you build your interactive experiences. You can start from one of our pre-built templates or create something entirely from scratch. It's up to you to bring your vision to life within a Project.

The key aspects of project creation have been split into two distinct steps: Setting and Design.

Separating these makes each task more digestible and gives the user a clear path to success.

Settings allows a user to define the foundations of their experience such as AI or chatbot integration, text to speech provider, as well as a variety of advanced options.

Design is where the experience comes to life. User can experiment with their own characters and voices, or effortlessly mix and match with assets from the public library. Plus, with the ability to instantly preview these changes, project creation is quick and easy.
