Rapport Web Viewer Technical Overview

Rapport Web Viewer (RWV) uses the latest standard web technologies such as web components therefore it is only compatible with modern browsers (evergreen browsers). For seamless and flexible integration we provide RWV as a web component. With the help of web components you will be able to easily integrate RWV into your website with just a few lines of code, no matter if it’s built upon a content management system, a modern JavaScript framework such as React, Angular, Vue (etc.) or if it's a static website.

For quick prototyping and basic integration we also offer an iframe based solution, however for the most flexible integration we suggest using the web component based approach.

We focus on supporting the desktop and mobile versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Opera, Safari, Firefox, Edge. However, all up to date Chromium-based browsers should work.
