Understanding How Rapport is Organised

Overview

Rapport now features a refreshed UI designed to make onboarding faster, navigation easier, and the entire user experience more intuitive. Whether you're part of a large organisation or just experimenting on your own, Rapport makes it simple to start building and customizing AI-driven experiences—no technical background required.

With clearly structured Organisations, Workspaces, and Projects, everything you need is just a click away. From your first interaction to final integration, Rapport’s streamlined flow gets you from idea to output—fast.

What Is an Organisation?

An Organisation is your company or team’s home base in Rapport.

  • It's where you manage subscriptions, billing, and user access

  • You can host multiple Workspaces inside a single Organisation

  • Everyone in the Organisation can collaborate across different projects depending on their permissions

How to Access Your Organisation?

Click the dropdown in the top-right corner of the screen and select your Organisation

What Are Workspaces?

A Workspace is where your projects and assets live. Think of it as your creative studio within the Rapport platform.

Each Workspace:

  • Contains Projects and shared Assets

  • Supports collaboration among multiple team members

  • Keeps resources organized and access-controlled

Assets—such as characters, scripts, and media—are created and owned by the Workspace, making them accessible to all collaborators. You can also selectively share assets via the Public Library.

What Are Projects?

Projects are the core interactive experiences you build in Rapport.

They live inside Workspaces and bring together all your creative and technical decisions—from the character and AI logic to the voice, layout, and deployment method.

Each Project includes:

  • A selected Application Type (Web Page, Widget, Unreal, etc.)

  • A template to help you get started

  • Configurable AI, language, voice, and character settings

  • Design options like backgrounds, themes, controls, and start messages

Whether you're building a customer-facing chatbot, a virtual brand ambassador, or a prototype for a 3D game, Projects are where your ideas take shape and become interactive.

Once your Project is ready, you can preview it in real time, then share or integrate it based on your needs.
