Using Audio Passthrough
In your Rapport project setup, you can set the AI Type to Audio Passthrough. When this type is selected, incoming audio will be piped directly to output with minimal latency. This can be utilised in conjunction with the Rapport Unreal Viewer by inputting audio files that you wish to be played back by your character, with full animation.
How to Use Audio Passthrough
Set the AI Type in your Rapport project configuration to Audio Passthrough
Use the audio file input functionality of the plugin to send audio files to Rapport - NOTE: When using audio passthrough, you should disable the Play Back Audio option on the Input Audio node to prevent the same audio from being played twice
As long as the plugin has been set up correctly, the audio will be played back on your character along with the corresponding animation
