Rapport Quick Start Guide
Creating Projects with Rapport
Create your first live, AI-powered character in minutes — no coding required.
Rapport’s onboarding flow is designed for simplicity: you sign up, explore prebuilt experiences, preview them in action, and create your own project — all in just a few clicks.
1. Sign Up or Log In
Go to rapport.cloud and sign in.
On first sign-in:
Rapport automatically creates your Organisation and Workspace.
You’ll land directly on the Template Grid with the pre-select templates — your visual starting point for creating projects.
2. Explore the Template Grid
The Template Grid is where every project begins.
Each card represents a ready-to-use, interactive scenario that demonstrates how Rapport’s AI, voice, and animation come together.
You can:
Preview a scenario to see it in action — interact freely, then return to the grid at any time.
Save or Edit a template to open it in Project Setup and make it your own.
💡 Some templates include Info Panels for guided user instructions and Relativ AI Reports for built-in analytics.

3. Create or Edit a Project
When you choose to save or edit a template, Rapport takes you straight to Project Setup — where your selected template becomes a live project in your Workspace.
From here, you can:
Use the project as-is straight out of the box
Or customise it by changing the character, voice, AI settings, or layout
4. Developer Option
The first tile, “For Software Developers,” is designed for technical users.
It provides direct access to preconfigured developer projects, ideal for testing SDK integrations and pipelines.
Choose an Application Type — Web Page, Web Widget, Unreal, or Unity (coming soon) — and Rapport will generate a ready-to-run environment instantly.
5. Confirm Services
Each Project automatically uses Rapport Services for AI, STT, and TTS — preconfigured and ready to go. Services/Integrations
If you need specific providers or enterprise credentials, you can switch to My Services (managed by Workspace Admins).

6. Configure Language & Voice
Language (STT): Sets recognition and response language
Voice (TTS): Defaults to the Rapport Voice Pack — multilingual and accented options from Google, AWS Polly, Azure, and ElevenLabs
✅ The default combination works out of the box — you can customise later.
7. Preview & Interact
Every project opens with a live preview panel, so you can interact immediately:
Unmute your mic and speaker
Say hello or type a message
Watch your character respond instantly — complete with voice, lip-sync, and expression
8. Share or Deploy
When ready:
Web Page: Share a hosted link
Web Widget: Embed on your site
Unreal Plugin: Integrate into your 3D project (Rapport Unreal Plugin)
Unity Plugin: Coming soon!
✅ Quick Win: Sharing a hosted link is the fastest way to demo or collect feedback.
