Services (Rapport and My Services).

What Are Services?

Explore how Rapport uses Services to connect your projects to AI, speech recognition, and voice synthesis — with instant built-in defaults or custom credentials when you need greater control.

Summary

Summary for Services

In Rapport, Services connect your projects to the engines that make characters come alive — AI, Speech-to-Text (STT), and Text-to-Speech (TTS).

You’ll encounter Services throughout Project Setup when configuring AI behaviour, language recognition, and voice output. Templates automatically apply compatible default Services, so every new project starts in a working state.

There are two kinds of Services in Rapport:

Rapport Services — preconfigured defaults that work instantly, with no setup required.

My Services — custom, bring-your-own-credentials (BYOC) integrations managed by Workspace Admins.

Together, they give you the flexibility to start fast with built-in defaults or connect your own enterprise providers when needed.
