How to Use Pre-Configured Templates

Templates make it easy to go from sign-up to a working interactive experience — no setup required.

Each template includes a curated combination of character, voice (TTS), speech recognition (STT), AI model, and a crafted prompt. Templates are organised by sector, scenario, and analytics type — making it simple to find the one that fits your needs.

Two Ways to Create Projects

  1. Developer Route – Create your own unique experience from scratch.

  2. Pre-Configured Templates – Choose a ready-to-use scenario and customise as needed.

Why Templates Matter

Templates are more than shortcuts — they’re working examples built around real use cases, like:

  • Learning & Development — e.g., Peer-to-Peer Feedback, Coaching Skills

  • Sales Training — e.g., Objection Handling, Discovery Calls

  • Customer Experience — e.g., VIP Customer Resolution, Product Q&A

Each one includes a preconfigured AI logic, voice, and character setup so you can start experimenting immediately.

💡 Some templates also include an Info Panel for guided user instructions, and others include built-in Relativ AI Reports for skill analysis and feedback.

How to Use Templates

  1. Go to your Workspace (your first Workspace is created automatically on sign-up).

  2. Click Create New Project.

  3. Browse templates — each card shows the scenario name, category, avatar, and whether it includes a performance report.

  4. Click a card to open a Preview — this shows exactly what end users will see.

Template Options

From the preview screen, you can:

  • Start Demo → Test the template without saving. Interact with the avatar in real time and (if enabled) generate a feedback report.

  • Save & Share → Save the template as a new project in your Workspace, ready to use immediately.

  • Edit Template → Customise the character, voice, AI, or prompt. You can also change the feedback report type in Advanced Settings.

  • Continue Browsing → Use the arrow in the top-left corner to explore other scenarios.

Getting the Most from Templates

Templates serve as both ready-to-use experiences and learning examples.
Review different setups to see how AI prompts, voices, and feedback reports work together — then apply those patterns when designing your own.
