This guide covers how to sign up, sign in, complete onboarding, and bring your team into Rapport.
Signing up
Anyone with a valid email can create a Rapport account from the sign-up screen. After verifying your email address, you are taken straight into onboarding so the platform can personalize your experience.
Onboarding
Onboarding is a short, four-step flow that personalizes your account and gets you to the right starting point.
|
Step |
What you provide |
|---|---|
|
About You |
Your name, your organization name, and marketing communications preference |
|
Your Role |
Your function â for example Learning & Development, Sales, HR |
|
Company |
Your company size band |
|
Your Goal |
What you are hoping to create or do with Rapport |
When you finish onboarding:
-
Your Organization is created automatically using the name you entered
-
You are taken to your starting screen based on your goal
đĄ Onboarding is shown once only. Returning users sign in directly and land in Rapport.
Signing in
Returning users sign in from the login screen with the email address they registered. Once signed in, you land back in Rapport.
If your account has not completed onboarding yet, you will be taken back into the four-step flow before you can access Rapport.
Your Organization
Your Organization is created automatically when you sign up. It holds your team, your billing, and all your scenarios, learners, and analytics.
The Learner Portal
Learners do not sign into the admin area. They use a separate, standalone surface called the Learner Portal, available at https://learner-portal.rapport.cloud/.
-
Learners sign in with the email address you invited them with
-
They see only the scenarios assigned to them
-
They never see the admin sidebar, analytics, or other learners' data
See Learners for how to add and invite them.
Inviting your team
You can invite teammates from Organization Settings. Invited teammates join your Organization and get access to the admin area.
Invitations are link-based. You generate a link in Organization Settings, select a role, and share the link directly with the person you want to invite. When they follow the link they are prompted to set up their account and join your Organization.
There are two roles:
|
Role |
What they can do |
|---|---|
|
Owner |
Full access to all platform features including Billing and Organization Settings |
|
Member |
Access to scenarios, learners, and analytics. Cannot access Billing or manage team members |
âšī¸ Your Organization must always have at least one Owner. You cannot remove the last remaining Owner.
â ī¸ Invitation links give the recipient access to your Organization. Share them only with people you intend to invite.
âšī¸ Inviting team members is available on Business and Enterprise plans. See Billing to upgrade your plan.
For full details on managing your team â including changing roles and removing members â see Organization Settings.
