Rapport is an AI roleplay platform that helps Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, and People teams design practice scenarios, assign them to learners, and measure performance at a cohort level.
How onboarding works
When you sign up, a short four-step onboarding flow collects your details and takes you to the right starting point for your goal:

About You — your first name, last name, and organization

Your Role — the job area you work in

Company — the size of your company

Your Goal — steers you to Rapport Roleplay or Rapport Studio. This guide covers Rapport Roleplay, so select Rapport Roleplay here.
Once onboarding is complete, your Organization is created automatically.
💡 Onboarding is shown once only. Returning users sign in and land directly in Rapport.
Two surfaces
The platform is split into two surfaces, each optimized for a different user.

The Learner Portal
A standalone surface at https://learner-portal.rapport.cloud/ where learners sign in to run their assigned role plays. Learners never see the admin sidebar, the analytics dashboards, or other learners' data — just their own assigned practice.

💡 Keeping the Learner Portal separate means learners get a focused practice experience while admins keep a clean management view.
Your own LMS (SCORM)
Learners aren't limited to the Learner Portal. If your organization uses a learning management system (LMS), you can also deliver scenarios as SCORM 1.2 packages, and learners run them from your LMS without signing in to Rapport. Their attempts appear in Cohort Analytics alongside Learner Portal attempts. See Learner Management to set up delivery channels.
