Analytics captures and scores every learner attempt, aggregating results into views that show who's improving, where the team is strong, and where to focus next.
The Home dashboard — at-a-glance KPIs
Before opening the full Analytics page, the Home dashboard surfaces the highest-level KPIs so you have an immediate read every time you sign in:
|
KPI |
What it measures |
|---|---|
|
Scenarios Completed |
Total completed attempts across all learners |
|
Average Overall Score |
Average score across recent attempts |
|
Avg Attempts per Learner |
How many times learners typically practice a scenario |
|
Average Duration |
Average length of a role-play attempt |
Each KPI also shows a short trend indicator — for example +3 this week or +4.2%.

Opening Analytics
Open Cohort Analytics in the sidebar for the full, interactive view. The page is designed to answer four questions in order: How's the team overall? Who specifically? Are they improving? What should we focus on?
KPI Cards
The same headline metrics from Home, repeated at the top of Analytics for context as you scroll through the deeper views.
Learner Progress
A view of how individual learners are progressing over time — useful for spotting both top performers and learners who haven't started or have stalled.
First vs. Last Attempt
A direct comparison between each learner's first attempt at a scenario and their most recent one. This is the most honest read on whether practice is producing improvement.
💡 A growing first-vs-last delta is the clearest signal that your training program is working.
Performance by Metric
A breakdown of how the team scores across each metric a scenario evaluates — for example Active Listening, Empathy, Clarity. Use it to spot capability gaps that span multiple learners.
Top Competencies
The competencies your team is strongest at, surfaced from aggregate scoring across all attempts. Useful for celebrating strengths and for staffing decisions.
Improvement Areas
The flip side of Top Competencies — the metrics where the team consistently underperforms. These are your highest-leverage targets for the next round of practice.
Filtering
Analytics supports filtering across the full page so you can isolate a specific cohort, scenario, or time window. Apply a filter once and every chart on the page updates together.
How attempts flow into Analytics
Every time a learner completes a roleplay in the Learner Portal, the attempt is captured with:
-
The learner
-
The scenario
-
The date and duration
-
An overall score and per-metric scores
That data feeds every view above with no extra setup.
Next steps
-
Add learners and assign them scenarios in Learners.
-
Activate more roleplays from Scenarios.
