Organization Settings

Organization Settings is where you manage your organization profile and your team.

Organization Name

View and update your organization's name

View, manage roles, and remove existing team members

Organization Name

Your organization name is displayed in the header throughout the platform. To update it, edit the name in the Organization Name field and click Rename Organization.

Inviting Team Members

To add someone to your organization, click Generate Invite Link. Select the role you want to assign — Owner or Member — and click Generate Link.

Copy the link and share it directly with the person you are inviting. When they follow the link they will be prompted to set up their account and join your organization.

💡 Invitation links give the recipient access to your organization. Share them only with people you intend to invite.

Team Members

The Team Members section shows everyone currently in your organization, along with their email address and role.

Roles

Role

What they can do

Owner

Full access to all platform features including Billing and Organization Settings

Member

Access to scenarios, learners, and analytics. Cannot access Billing or manage team members.

â„šī¸ Your organization must always have at least one Owner. You cannot remove the last remaining Owner.

Managing team members

Click the three-dot menu on any team member row to:

  • Make Owner — promote a Member to Owner

  • Make Member — change an Owner to Member

  • Remove — remove the person from your organization
