Project Setup: Relativ AI Reports

Rapport integrates with Relativ AI to deliver intelligent, automated performance assessments for conversational role-play scenarios.
This integration blends Rapport’s real-time character interaction with Relativ’s advanced analytics, enabling users to measure communication skills, empathy, and decision-making in structured dialogue sessions.

Overview

Relativ AI Reports allow you to measure and analyse how users perform in guided conversations — perfect for learning, coaching, and behavioural training.

Reports are automatically generated when the interaction meets defined criteria (for example, after a set number of conversational turns).

💡 Some pre-configured templates in the Template Grid already include Relativ AI Reports and are tagged “Report Included.”

See [How to Use Pre-Configured Templates →] to learn how to identify and preview those scenarios.

What It Does

Relativ AI Reports work by analysing the conversation between the participant and the AI character.
They capture tone, intent, and conversational flow to provide structured feedback.

Reports can:

  • Track the number of turns between the participant and the AI.

  • Generate a Relativ AI Report automatically when the interaction completes.

  • Evaluate user performance against key criteria such as empathy, reasoning, and problem-solving.

  • Produce a detailed summary with skill ratings and actionable feedback.
