Overview

Every project in Rapport is powered by assets — reusable building blocks like characters, audio, scripts, and images. These give your AI experiences personality, sound, structure, and visual identity.

The Asset Library (found in the Workspace view) is where all your assets live. From here, you can create, upload, and reuse assets across multiple projects.

Assets help keep projects organised and consistent across teams, making it easy to build and maintain interactive experiences.

What Are Assets?

Assets are reusable pieces of content that help you build your AI experiences.

They are:

Reusable – Create once and use across multiple projects
Organised – Stored in your Workspace Asset Library
Searchable – Quickly find what you need when building projects

Using assets keeps projects consistent and allows teams to collaborate more easily.

You can search, preview, and apply characters instantly.

Options include:

Public Scripts – Example scripts for quick testing or inspiration
My Scripts – Custom prompts, dialogue, or instructions

Scripts can help:

  • Define character personality

  • Guide role-play scenarios

  • Provide prompts for AI responses

Images: Backgrounds & Logos

Image assets help maintain consistent branding and visual design across your experiences.

Images can be used for:

  • Background images in Web Page or Web Widget projects

  • Logos displayed in Web Page experiences

Backgrounds in Rapport can be configured in several ways:

Colour – Pick from the colour picker or enter a HEX code

Gradient – Blend colours for a polished, modern look

Image – Upload a new image, reuse one from your My Images Library, or select a Public image available in Rapport Studio

Saving images as assets allows you to reuse backgrounds and logos across multiple projects, making it easier to maintain consistent branding.
